In his speech, Ge Honglin elaborated and analyzed from three aspects: the current development trend and new challenges of China's aluminum processing industry, the work that needs to be highlighted and done well in aluminum processing industry, and how enterprises can get rid of internal volume.
Ge Honglin said that looking back at China's aluminum processing industry in recent years, on the whole, it continues to maintain a stable and good development trend. First, the production of aluminum processing materials continues to grow, the second is the development trend of export potential is not reduced, the third is the "new three kinds" continue to show the development trend of leading, the fourth is the scientific and technological innovation continues to show the development trend of comprehensive force, and the fifth is the aluminum processing industry continues to show the development of green and low-carbon.
He said that while seeing the achievements, we must also see that China's aluminum processing industry is facing new challenges such as changes in market demand. The first is the impact of the reduction of market demand in some traditional industries, the second is the impact of the volatility of market demand in some emerging industries, and the third is the impact of the reduction of market demand in some export products.
Ge Honglin pointed out that the current aluminum processing industry needs to highlight the work done:
First, we will speed up the transformation of traditional enterprises. It is necessary to accurately grasp the development trend of new aluminum processing technology, new equipment and new technology, closely follow the market demand, and innovate the process and process reengineering according to the corresponding conditions to achieve product iteration competitiveness; It is necessary to actively extend to deep processing, expand the proportion of near-final products, and continue to move towards the end of the industrial chain and high-end development of the value chain. It is necessary to promote green and low-carbon development, increase the utilization of recycled aluminum, and achieve steady economic and social benefits.
Second, we will accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces. Focus on the new energy industry, the new generation of information technology industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, new materials industry, intelligent and new energy automobile industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industry and other strategic emerging industries in short supply of functional aluminum, increase technological innovation and research and development efforts, and strive to achieve technological breakthroughs.
Third, we must continue to expand the application of aluminum. At present, it is necessary to focus more on copper saving by aluminum, strengthen the deep cooperation between production, university and research, accelerate the development of new copper saving products, fully tap the potential of copper saving, and maximize the realization of copper saving goals.
Fourth, we will strive to promote high-level exports. External, to further improve the level of foreign trade business; Internally, we will further practice our internal skills and win the international market with high-quality products and high cost performance.
In view of the internal volume and concerns reflected by the current aluminum processing enterprises, Ge Honglin elaborated the difference between internal volume and competition, and analyzed the main reasons for internal volume: first, the economic environment in which the enterprise is located is unstable, second, the technical threshold is low in some areas, third, the enterprise lacks strategic vision, and fourth, the phenomenon of imitation and following the trend is widespread.
Ge Honglin pointed out that in response to these problems, enterprises should contribute to reducing the positive energy of internal volume and get rid of internal volume. First, we must resolutely get rid of the bad habit of following the trend of investment. To invest in innovation, we must dare and be good at creating new tracks. Second, we must resolutely get rid of the major problem of homogenization of planning. Business leaders should make adequate planning efforts, study the current thoroughly, and plan for the future. Small and medium-sized enterprises should actively deal with advanced enterprises at home and abroad and seek new channels and new models of cooperation.
