Global primary aluminum production in October 2023 was 6.116 million mt, compared to 5.886 million mt in the same period last year and a revised 5.921 million mt in the previous month, according to the International Aluminium Institute (IAI). The average daily output of primary aluminum in October was 197,300 tons, compared with 197,400 tons in the previous month. China's primary aluminum output is expected to be 3.650 million tonnes in October, compared with a revised 3.550 million tonnes in the previous month.
