Ltd. The tax rate is 56.2%, Sira (Tianjin) Aluminium Products Co. Ltd., and Sira Group (Tianjin) Heating Radiators Co. Ltd.) tax rate of 14.9%, other cooperative companies (see the annex to the original announcement) tax rate of 21.2%, other Chinese enterprises involved in the tax rate of 61.4%. The EU CN codes of the products in question are ex7615 10 10, ex7615 10 80, ex 7616 99 10 and ex 7616 99 90 (TARIC codes are 7615 10 10 10, 7615 10 80 10, 7616 99 10) 91, 7616 99 90 01 and 7616 99 90 91). The dumping investigation period in this case is from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to the end of the dumping investigation period.

On January 12, 2024, the European Commission launched a second anti-dumping sunset review investigation on aluminum radiators originating in China.
