On June 5, the sixth rolling mill of Yuefeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 100,000 tons of battery foil/double zero foil project completed the piercing test, marking the installation and commissioning of all the main equipment of the first phase of the project.
As a key project of the fourth "three batches" activity in Jiangsu Province, Yuefeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 100,000 tons of double zero foil/battery foil project to make full use of the company's original land and plant, since its launch in 2022, the company has always adhered to the "four first-class" standards of first-class standards, first-class quality, first-class speed and first-class efficiency, and fully promoted the project construction. The main equipment selection of domestic and international leading technology, equipped with the latest Siemens drive system, Pret plate shape thickness control system, Germany IMS thickness gauge, as well as Germany Herkris roll grinding machine and other supporting equipment.
With the full completion of the first phase of the project, Yuefeng Aluminum aluminum plate and foil comprehensive production capacity reached 500,000 tons, including high-end aluminum foil production capacity of more than 300,000 tons, in further consolidating the company's industry position and improve corporate profitability at the same time, but also to promote Yuefeng aluminum transformation and upgrading, improve corporate brand value, boost local economic development is of great significance.
