Recently, by Xuzhou University, Yuefeng Aluminum New Materials Co., LTD., Yuefeng Aluminum lightweight Research Institute and Yuefeng Aluminum Automotive lightweight Technology Co., LTD. Joint technology development and research of the "Automotive lightweight with high strength and high service 6XXX aluminum alloy key preparation technology development and application" scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting was successfully held in Wuhu, Anhui.
At the appraisal meeting, Liu Lin, president of Yuefeng Aluminum Lightweight Research Institute, reported to the expert group from the aspects of project technology development background, technology development content, industrial application and social and economic benefits. After listening to the report, meeting review, questioning and discussion, the expert group finally formed the conclusion of the review: the overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level, and the comprehensive performance of the 6 series aluminum alloy developed has reached the international leading level, and it is recommended to accelerate the promotion and application.
The project "Development and application of key preparation technology of high-strength, high-strength and high-service 6XXX aluminum alloy for automotive lightweight" has a complex system, great technical difficulty and high degree of innovation. It is the first to use ultra-fine subcrystalline control technology to develop a new 6 series alloy with high strength, toughness and high fatigue resistance with independent intellectual property rights (registered alloy grade 6D10). The project results achieved large-scale production and application in our group Yuefeng Aluminum Lightweight Materials Co., LTD., Yuefeng Aluminum Automotive Lightweight Technology Co., LTD., and produced significant economic and social benefits.
