The US has threatened to impose tariffs of 104% on Chinese goods

On April 9, White House press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt announced that the United States would impose a 104% tariff on China, which went into effect at noon Eastern time, in response to China's 34% tariff on U.S. exports. She further stated that the new tariffs will be implemented from Wednesday.
