On July 20, under the command of Liu Lin, manager of Yuefeng Aluminum Company and commander of battery aluminum foil billet project construction headquarters, "start ignition", the project 1# melting furnace successfully ignited, marking the project construction entered the load test stage.
In order to ensure the success of the ignition, the professional groups of the engineering Department of the project construction headquarters coordinated and cooperated with each other to inspect the plant, floor, electrical pipeline equipment and facilities and process gas around the 1# fusing furnace group and conducted various tests to create good conditions for the oven. In terms of electrical equipment and facilities, the electrical group carried out the pre-power transmission test of the 1# distribution room thermal insulation furnace distribution cabinet to ensure that the electric control equipment of the fusing protection furnace group met the power transmission conditions. In the preparation of process gas, the mechanical group repeatedly contacted and urged the gas supply unit to deliver gas on time. The process group and the mechanical group conducted a series of strict inspections and pressure tests on the pipelines and valves of process gas together with the equipment supervision to ensure the timely, safe and stable supply of natural gas and compressed air. The process group, together with the casting and rolling workshop of Danfa Aluminum Company, calibrated the 6 thermocouples one by one to ensure the precise temperature measurement of the Fusing furnace group. Before ignition, the engineering department inspected and cleaned the inside of the pipeline of the 1# fusing furnace group, and tested the hot spot fire device. The company also organized personnel to clean the floor around the 1# fusing furnace group and transfer various materials to ensure that the ignition oven site was clean and tidy.
At 9:16 am on the same day, after the safety protection measures were prepared in place, the control system and electrical equipment and facilities were checked and confirmed, the ignition ceremony of the 1# Fusing furnace group officially began. Liu Lin fully affirmed the work results achieved since the construction of the battery aluminum foil billet project, and expressed sincere gratitude to all members of the project construction command who have always stuck to their jobs, fought in the construction line, and fully guaranteed the project construction. Subsequently, Liu Lin issued the ignition instruction, the ignition gun was ignited into the melting pool, the fire in the melting pool spread along the gas emitted by the baking gun, and the 1# melting protection furnace successfully completed the ignition oven.
The oven plays a very important role in removing the surface moisture and crystalline moisture of the inner lining of the fusible furnace group, preventing water explosion in the production process, and ensuring high quality, high efficiency and stable production. In order to ensure that the oven temperature is uniform, the heating rate is slow, and the temperature change is stable, the casting and rolling workshop of Yuefeng Aluminum Company arranged technicians to carry out four shifts and three shifts to monitor and record the temperature and status of the 1# fusing furnace group in real time.
