The United States International Trade Commission made a final ruling on the damage to the aluminum tableware industry

On April 11, 2025, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make a definitive determination of anti-dumping and countervailing industry injury on imports of Aluminum Containers, Pans, Trays, and Lids from China. Find that the products alleged to be dumped and subsidized have caused material injury or the threat of injury to the domestic industry. Based on the positive final ruling of the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on the above-mentioned products. This case mainly involves products under the US Customs Code 7615.10.7125.
At the same time, the United States International Trade Commission made an anti-dumping and countervailing emergency negative final ruling on aluminum tableware imported from China.
On June 6, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation into imports of aluminum tableware from China. On March 4, 2025, the US Department of Commerce made a final anti-dumping and countervailing ruling on aluminum tableware imported from China.
