Ruled that Fujifilm Printing Plate (China) Co., Ltd. (35.66%), Shanghai National Ink Co. Ltd. The tax rate is 229.54% for non-cooperation and 35.66% for other producers/exporters. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is expected to make a final anti-dumping and countervailing industrial injury ruling on the above-mentioned products on November 4, 2024. On October 19, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on aluminum lithography plates imported from China and an anti-dumping investigation on aluminum lithography plates imported from Japan.
