Yuefeng aluminum 16 tons melting casting production line technical transformation project through the archives special acceptance

On May 30, Yuefeng Aluminum invited a team of experts composed of relevant personnel of the county Archives Bureau to carry out special acceptance inspection of the technical transformation project of 16 tons of melting and casting production line. The relevant person in charge of the comprehensive management department and the project team participated in the acceptance meeting.
The acceptance expert group carefully listened to the project archive work overview and self-inspection report, in-depth site view of 16 tons of melting casting production line and archive warehouse, safety storage, spot check 16 tons of melting casting technical transformation project related files for on-site review, the project and archive situation for questioning. After review, the expert group unanimously agreed that the 16 tons of casting technical transformation project files passed the special acceptance, and asked Northwest Aluminum to implement the problems raised by the rectification and complete the archiving of the files as soon as possible. The 16 tons melting casting technical transformation project has passed the special acceptance of archives, laying the foundation for the overall completion acceptance of the project.
In the future projects, Yuefeng Aluminum will strengthen archives management and continue to promote the standardization, scientific and standardized construction of archives management. Project files provide an important basis for commissioning trial, project audit, project special acceptance, production maintenance, technical transformation, etc., and ensure the normal progress of various management work, production operation and technical transformation during the production period. In the next step, Yuefeng Aluminum will continue to strengthen the management of project archives, strictly control the quality and acceptance of project archives, and ensure the smooth progress of project construction management.
