On April 13, Yuefeng Aluminum Calibration Laboratory successfully passed the on-site review of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
In the 2-day review, according to CNAS-CL01:2018 "Standards for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence" and related application instructions, the review team conducted field tests, checked the configuration of instruments and equipment, consulted archives, evaluated relevant personnel, and queried sampling data, etc. A comprehensive, detailed and strict review was carried out on key elements of the company's calibration laboratory system documentation, personnel qualifications and capabilities, facility environmental conditions, application of method standards, maintenance and calibration of instruments and equipment, accuracy of quantity traceability, and internal and external quality control of the laboratory, which verified the conformity of the company's calibration laboratory management system documents and operation.
After a comprehensive review, the review team unanimously agreed that the management system and technical capabilities of Yuefeng Aluminum calibration laboratory meet the requirements of CNAS accreditation, and agreed to recommend 21 testing items such as length, heat, mechanics, electricity, physics and chemistry to CNAS and maintain the accreditation.
The successful passing of the CNAS on-site review indicates that the company's calibration laboratory continues to maintain a high level in terms of calibration technology and quality management, and its calibration capability and data credibility have been recognized by the authority again, and its recognition in the industry has been further improved. The company will continue to promote the high-level operation of the system, while serving the internal enterprise, actively expand the service of external customers, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market, and provide more powerful technical support for the development of the industry and social needs.
